Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MailVet (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

MailVet provides tooling to identify disposable email addresses and reduce spam, fake signups, and platform abuse. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes, and not to disrupt or compromise it, access it through unauthorized means, or resell or reverse-engineer it without permission. Some features require signing in through a third-party provider; you’re responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed periodically through our payment processor, Razorpay, and renew automatically until cancelled. Switching plans or cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep your existing plan until then, and we do not offer refunds or credits for unused time. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your settings page.

Availability and liability

The Service is provided “as is,” with no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
